How to find a good QA?

Another article about the same?! There is already How to find a good tester?

So what’s going on?

As most people have probably noticed, there is a certain difference between a tester and a QA. From this, we can assume that these are sets that differ in some way. Just as in the previous article, I described what I would expect from a tester, so here I will try to write the same about QA.

Fortunately, it will be simpler here, because a good QA is simply a tester who meets a few conditions:

• has experience
• understands what the software development life cycle looks like
• knows how and can get involved in project development at every stage of the SDLC.

How to recruit them?

Of course, the QA job ads look mostly indistinguishable from those for testers, so I would have similar advice. You need to hire a good tester, only additionally check in a few questions how they understand their tasks during the project.
